The Health Club is an exercise environment for teenagers aged 13-15 years too, with programs designed for the individual needs.
Included in a Gold or Health Club memberships, members will receive an initial consultation which provides a tailor made and ongoing program to help you reach your goals. To ensure you are safely performing each exercise with correct technique, our instructors will provide explanations and demonstrations of the program. Ongoing program updates also included as part of your membership are available, and a staff member is always on hand to offer assistance when required. Teenagers aged between 13-15 years are required to attend a Health Assessment prior to using the Health Club, and a parent or guardian must be present during this session.
Small Group Training
Our new Small Group Training (SGT) sessions are an affordable, fun way to train with a Personal Trainer, whilst enjoying the social aspect of fitness. Each session is big enough to be fun and motivating, but small enough to provide you with individual attention to suit your specific needs.
Merging the best of both worlds, SGT will give you the individual support of Personal Training, with the energy and motivation of training with a group of likeminded people, making it easier than ever to smash your goals!
Sessions are capped at a maximum of 8 participants, ensuring each person receives special attention from the trainer. You trainer will be able to correctly coach movement and form, suggest improvements and keep you motivated.

Three hours a week is all it takes to become fitter, stronger and leaner.
BALC Fitcamp is a fun yet challenging group training program for all ages and fitness abilities. Set in an encouraging and motivational environment, sessions vary to include cardio, boxing and functional fitness training methods using both body weight and a range of equipment. Fitness testing is incorporated into each block to monitor progression in achieving individual goals.
Beginning at 6am, sessions run for one hour each Monday, Wednesday and Friday in a ten week block. Sessions are predominately held outdoors and do not run on public holidays.
$90 BALC gold members / $380 non-members.

Payment is required before commencement of session two and can be made with our Customer Service team. Proof of payment is to be presented at the start of the session.

Active Living is a health and fitness program designed specifically for BALC Gold & Health members aged 60+ or those with a pre-existing medical condition.
Our Active Living program is all about encouraging you to work at improving your fitness at a pace that works for you in a fully supervised and friendly environment. When you join our Active Living program, you will have a personalised program designed by one of our professional and supportive instructors. Sessions run 3 days a week and each session is capped at 16 participants.
Active Living Session Times:
Tuesday: 9am – 10am
Wednesday: 12pm – 1pm
Thursday: 1pm – 2pm
Active Living is included in BALC Gold & Health Club memberships.
Clients will need to be a BALC Gold or Health Club member and have a medical clearance from their GP to join our Active Living program. Speak to a member of our Customer Service Team or Health Club to book an Assessment with an Active Living instructor.
