Why Small Group Training?

Merging the best of both worlds, SGT will give you the individual support of Personal Training, with the energy and motivation of training with a group of like minded people, making it easier than ever to smash your goals!

Sessions will be capped at a maximum of 8 participants, ensuring each person receives special attention from the trainer. You trainer will be able to correctly coach movement and form, suggest improvements and keep you motivated.

Sessions will run in a 6 week block. The next block commences Monday 29th April 2019.

Session Details

A total body workout created through the fusion of strength, balance, and the grace of dance all while pulling from the principles of Pilates using the ballet barre as the focus. Combined with correct  coaching techniques while using resistance bands, hand weights and balls, Barre Pilates will help sculpt your body resulting in physical grace, power and stamina to deliver an all-body, low impact workout.
Trainer: Georgie. Duration: 45 minutes.

7:00am & 5:30pm

Pilates just for the gals? Think again, Pilates is the perfect option for men who need to strengthen their back and core and improve posture. Do you suffer from tight muscles or aches and pains, particularly lower back soreness? Blokilates will help you become body aware whilst increasing your range of motion and strengthen areas you may have been neglecting. Be strong be flexible be in control.
Trainer: Sarah. Duration: 45 minutes.


A technique-driven boxing session that will get you fitter, stronger and burning fat. This class will teach boxing stances, footwork, positioning and alignment. Specialising in partner work with the use of pads participants will be coached though various patterns and challenged with intensity to get the heart rate pumping.
Trainer: Billy. Duration: 45 minutes.

7:15am & 9:15am

Using all planes of motion which simulate common movements we use in everyday life functional training will have a positive effect on your health both in and outside of the gym. Equipment such a kettlebells, medicine balls, weights and your bodyweight will all assist in getting you to move often and well.
Trainer: Sam. Duration: 45 minutes.


Resistance training specifically designed to teach you the correct movement patterns whilst building strength. Learn how to lifts weights effectively to enhance your performance for sports, running or simply for increased health building lean muscle tissue and increasing bone density. Everyone should strength train!
Trainer: Dean. Duration: 45 minutes.

Our SGT sessions run in a 6 week block. The next block commences on Monday 29th April 2019.

Members: $19.80 per person, per session, per week.
(Cost for 6 week block = $118.80 pp)

Non-Member: $22.00 per person, per session, per week.
(Cost for 6 week block =$135.00 pp)

Full payment must be paid upfront in Centre before block begins.
