How to make a booking in the member portal

1. Log into the member portal.

If you haven’t set up an account yet, find out how to set up your account here.

2. Use the headings at the top of the page to find a session that works for you. Click “book now” on your preferred session time.

3. Select the booking name and click “choose payment method” to be forwarded to the online payment portal.

Active membership holders will not be required to pay unless the session you are booking is not part of your membership.

Visit pass holders will have a visit deducted from your account. You will not need to pay unless the session is not part of your visit pass.

4. Complete the online payment method to confirm your booking.

5. If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, go to the BALC Customer Portal and select “My Bookings” at the top of the page. Then select “Cancel booking”.
