Ballarat has a range of outdoor pools and water play facilities to utilise during the warmer months.

Eureka Aquatic Centre features a range of facilities including heated 50m pool, learn to swim pool, shaded toddlers pool, outdoor water play park, playground, kiosk and BBQ facilities.

Black Hill Aquatic Centre features a solar heated 25m outdoor pool, toddlers pool, and BBQ and picnic facilities.
The pool will be closed on days below 23 degrees.
Black Hill Pool is a seasonal pool and is open from December to March.
