Outdoor pools
Ballarat has a range of outdoor pools and water play facilities to utilise during the warmer months.

BALC Aquatic Memberships and Visit Passes can be used at all outdoor pools during the summer season. For more information about memberships and to purchase online, click the link below.
Eureka Aquatic Centre
102 Stawell Street South, Eureka
Eureka Aquatic Centre features a range of facilities including heated 50m pool, learn to swim pool, shaded toddlers pool, outdoor water play park, playground, kiosk and BBQ facilities.
Eureka Pool is a seasonal pool and is open from November to April.
Now the Summer school holiday hours have ended, Eureka will be open during the following hours:

- Monday to Friday: 6am to 10am and 4pm to 6pm
- Weekends and public holidays: 8am to 6pm

Black Hill Aquatic Centre
Chisholm St, Black Hill
Black Hill Aquatic Centre features a solar heated 25m outdoor pool, toddlers pool, and BBQ and picnic facilities.
The pool will be closed on days below 23 degrees.
Black Hill Pool is a seasonal pool and is open from December to March.
During the 2022-23 summer season, the pool will be open during the following hours:
- Outside of school holidays
- Monday to Friday: 4pm to 7pm
- Weekends and public holidays: 1pm to 7pm
- During school holidays
- Monday to Friday: 1pm to 7pm
- Weekends and public holidays: 1pm to 7pm
