Online Customer Portal

The BALC Online Customer Portal is the quickest and easiest way to update your customer details (including payment details), review your payment history, pay outstanding balances or add credit to your account.

You can access your Online Customer Portal using the email address used to sign up to your BALC membership and the password below. You will be asked to change your password when you log in for the first time.

Suspend my Membership

BALC Direct Debit members are able to suspend their membership free of charge at any time. No maximum suspension periods apply.

Healthy Kids memberships may only be suspended in January for a set suspension period each year at no charge. Suspension outside these dates are available for medical reasons only, by completing an online suspension application.

Cancel my Membership

We understand that there are reasons why you may need to cancel your membership. We require 14 days notice to cancel. For upfront memberships, there is no cancellation of payments, as you have already paid for the period. Your membership will cease at the end of the term and will not continue unless you renew.

After completing the online cancellation application, you will receive an email confirmation that your membership has been cancelled.
