Lost something in Centre?

If you happen to forget or lose something while visiting BALC and it is handed in to staff, we will keep it onsite for you for a period of four weeks.

After this time, all reusable clothing and other suitable items are donated to charity. Valuable items such as phones, wallets, watches and keys are stored onsite for two months before being provided to the Police.

For health and safety purposes, the following items will not be stored on site

  • Sanitary products
  • Food
  • Hygiene products (Shampoo, Conditions, Soap, Deodorants)
  • Underwear

Drink bottles, goggles and other items of clothing will be placed directly into our lost property box on pool deck. Please ask reception where this is located.

The Ballarat Aquatic & Lifestyle Centre accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen belongings as per the venue’s conditions of entry.

If you have lost an item within the venue, please complete the form below. If your item is found, you will be contacted within 7 days by a member of our team.

Note: Due to the high amount of lost property requests we received, you will only receive a response from staff if your item is located.
