
We’ve heard your feedback and frustrations, and understand our group fitness classes have become increasingly difficult to book into.
After exploring ways to optimise our member experience so that it is safe, fair and equitable for all to access our classes, we’re excited to introduce the following changes to our group fitness booking policy, which will take effect from next Monday, 12 May:
– All group fitness classes will now be available to book either online, in-person or over the phone up to 5 DAYS IN ADVANCE. For example, if you attend 9:30am Yoga on Mondays, you’ll have the ability to book your spot in that class the Wednesday prior at 9:30am.
– You may participate in an unlimited number of group fitness classes here at the Centre, however you may only be booked into 5 CLASSES AT ANY GIVEN TIME.
– A NO-SHOW system will be introduced, allowing the maximum number of people possible to join our fantastic classes. Therefore, you MUST CANCEL YOUR GROUP FITNESS BOOKING(S) IF YOU’RE NOT PLANNING TO ATTEND. If you do not cancel, you will be counted as a no-show and subject to the following penalties (within a 28 day period):
- 1st No-Show: Reminder
- 2nd No-Show: Warning
- 3rd No-Show: Blocked from booking classes for 1 WEEK
IMPORTANT REMINDER: To ensure you’re marked ‘present’ for all group fitness class bookings, PLEASE ENSURE YOU’RE SCANNING IN – at either the turnstile or reception every time you visit.
