The hub of BALC Group Fitness is Studio 1, with the latest SMART TECH equipment designed to maximise your workout.

Studio 2 is the ultimate cycle studio with 30 of the latest Stages bikes to give you the best indoor cycling experience in town.

Studio 3 will help you achieve a sense of calm with our variety of low impact wellbeing classes including Yoga, Pilates and Barre.

Aquatic classes are held in our warm water, 25m and 50m pools. Aqua Fitness is perfect for anyone looking for exercise without impact using the buoyancy of water to challenge you. Using specialised aqua equipment, aquatic classes are ideal for anyone requiring rehabilitation, suffering injuries and limitation or adding variety to a fitness regime.
