The City of Ballarat are currently seeking expressions of interest from interested parties to join a BALC Consumer Group.
The Group has been established for the purpose of:
- Providing feedback to the Council and the Ballarat Aquatic and Lifestyle Centre (BALC) on how to improve the experience of the BALC, planning and future development of the BALC.
- To provide a feedback mechanism for the BALC that will assist improve the customer service and general experiences of customers at the BALC.
We seek an additional 2 active participants to represent and expand our demographic of representation of demographics within the group.
In your submission please include:
- Full Name
- Contact Details
- User demographic – Facility Member, User Group/Hirer, Potential Community Partner etc.
- Purpose for submission, and value to be added from participation in the group.
Meetings are held quarterly on a Thursday afternoon between 3.30pm-4.30pm at the Ballarat Aquatic & Lifestyle Centre.
Successful applicants will be based on community group representation, and adding diversity to current representation.
