Gymnastics Coach

  • Casual Positions
  • Salary $36.66 per hour, includes casual loading

This position requires a positive, energetic, vibrant attitude and a willingness to learn and continuously improve.

You will have experience in coaching children’s gymnastics classes, either beginner or advanced levels. You will communicate effectively with children, parents, staff and management.

You will have exceptional customer service skills and a strong desire to exceed member expectations, with the ability to work autonomously on the gym floor, as well as part of a team to ensure an efficient flow through the gymnastics hall each night. You will be required to take on shift hours which may include some or all of the following: mornings, afternoons, late evenings and/or weekends.

Group Fitness Instructors

  • Casual Positions
  • Salary range $45.37 to $49.52 per hour, plus 10% superannuation depending on qualification

The Ballarat Aquatic Lifestyle Centre are seeking an energetic Group Fitness Instructor who is passionate about the health and fitness industry to join the team of dedicated staff. Reporting to the Fitness and Community Engagement Team Leader, the successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and motivated professional who is focused on developing their career within the Health, Fitness and Lifestyle industry.

At the Ballarat Aquatic Centre a positive and customer focused culture is imperative in making the Centre a fantastic place to work and visit by the members of our community.

Flexible hours and days are required for this role over a 7-day roster between the hours 6am – 9pm.
