BALC are encouraging our members and the wider community to complete 75 moves a day for 21 days. Why 75 and 21?
– 75% of Australians do not meet the physical activity guidelines
– It takes 21 days of consistent action to build a healthy habit
The 75 daily moves could be any type of movement: big or small, seated or standing, high energy or low impact. You decide what’s best for your body.
The Million Moves Challenge is on from 1 September to 21 September 2025.

To make it even easier, we’re offering non-members who sign up to the Million Moves challenge and join ‘Team BALC’ a FREE 21 Day Pass to use our pools, gym and group fitness classes. Current BALC members who join our team go into the draw to win 3x 3 Month Gold Memberships.

2. Make sure to join ‘Team BALC’
3. Collect your 21 Day Pass from BALC reception – just show proof of sign up and we’ll issue you a membership card
3. Start moving from the 1st of September and log your moves online
