9:30am – RPM with Zoe
9:3am – Yoga with Michelle Mac
10:35am – THT with Mel
11:45am – Dance Basics with Victor

Join us for a special one off old school classic THT class with Mel. THT stands for Tummies, Hips & Thighs and is a high intensity strength class targeting key muscles in the core, legs and hips. A 45 minute session in studio 1 with a combination of floor based and standing exercises to get your heart pumping.
