Member portal

Our online portal is the quickest and easiest way to:

  • Update your details (including payment details)
  • Book Group Fitness classes
  • Review your payment history
  • Pay outstanding balances

Please note you cannot cancel or suspend your membership or enrolment in the member portal. See links below for online cancellation forms.

To log in for the first time, please use the email address that you gave to us when you signed up. To set a new password, select “forgot password” and use the reset password instructions in the email to create a new password for your account.

Cancel my membership

We understand that there are reasons why you may need to cancel your membership. We need 14 days notice to cancel. For upfront memberships, there is no cancellation of payments, as you have already paid for the period. Your membership will cease at the end of the term and will not continue unless you renew.

After completing the online cancellation application, you will receive an email confirmation that your membership has been cancelled.

Cancel my child’s enrolment

If you would like to cancel your child’s swimming or gymnastics lesson, you will need to give us 14 days notice. All Healthy Kids memberships can be cancelled using the online form link below. After completing the online cancellation application, you will receive an email confirmation that their membership has been cancelled.

Suspend my membership

Direct debit members can suspend multiple times throughout their membership contract up to 3 months per calendar year.

Healthy Kids memberships may only be suspended in January for a set suspension period each year at no charge. Suspension outside these dates are available for medical reasons only, by completing an online suspension application.
