To celebrate Men’s Health Week 2019, Ballarat Aquatic & Lifestyle Centre are encouraging local blokes to get moving with the help of a free 7 Day Gold Membership.
The 7 Day Gold Membership will allow local men over the age of 16 to access over 90 classes on the new Winter Group Fitness timetable, Health Club, and all aquatic facilities including spa & steam room from Monday 10 June – Sunday 16 June.
In addition to greater energy and improved fitness, research shows that regular physical activity can help reduce the risk of chronic illness, manage stress, alleviate depression and anxiety, enhance mood and boost mental alertness.

Your 7 Day Gold Membership strictly commences on Monday 10 June and ends on Sunday 16 June 2019, not on the date you initially signed up for it.

* 7 Day Gold Membership open to men only aged 16 years or older.
* 7 Day Gold Membership includes full access to all facilities including group fitness, Health Club, swim, steam and spa.
* Health Assessment and programs not included.
* Patrons using Spa & Steam must obtain wrist band from Customer Service on entry.
* No current membership cancellations or suspensions permitted.
