Group Fitness Booking Policy
All group fitness classes are available to book either online, in-person or over the phone up to 5 DAYS IN ADVANCE. For example, if you attend 9:30am Yoga on Mondays, you’ll have the ability to book your spot in that class the Wednesday prior at 9:30am.
You may participate in an unlimited number of group fitness classes here at the Centre, however you may only be booked into 5 CLASSES AT ANY GIVEN TIME.
All CASUAL BOOKINGS made without an active membership or visit pass must be paid for at the time of booking. If payment is not completed, your booking will be cancelled and you will not be able to attend the class.
You MUST CANCEL YOUR GROUP FITNESS BOOKING(S) IF YOU’RE NOT PLANNING TO ATTEND. If you do not cancel, you will be counted as a no-show.
To ensure you’re marked ‘present’ for all group fitness class bookings, PLEASE ENSURE YOU’RE SCANNING IN – at either the turnstile or reception every time you visit.
You must have a confirmed booking to attend group fitness classes. NO BOOKING = NO PARTICIPATION.
Please show up for your class a minimum of 5 MINUTES before its scheduled to begin to ensure prompt start times.
