We have a range of group fitness classes to suit all levels of fitness and experience!

Our centre features a spacious main group fitness studio, a dedicated mind and body studio, and an indoor cycle studio with the latest Technogym bikes. Aquatic classes are held in our warm water, 25m and 50m pools.

Increase your cardio fitness and strength with moderate intensity exercise in our 25m pool. Choreographed routines and a variety of circuits with equipment, line and wall work make this a fun session for those seeking a challenge or to improve their fitness. Duration: 45 mins. Coordination: Low.

Barre is a fun, energetic workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength and flexibility. This class combines ballet inspired movements with elements of Pilates, dance, Yoga and strength training. Repetitions of small controlled movements along with isometric holds will get the muscles firing and lift your general wellbeing.  Duration: 45 mins. Coordination: Low.

A Les Mills workout combining elements of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.  Duration: 45 mins. Les Mills BODYPUMP™ is a total body strength workout that will shape and tone all major muscle groups, increase core strength, improve bone health and leave you feeling strong and fit. Featuring a high rep, lower weight training format called the THE REP EFFECT™, you’ll utilise time under tension and fatigue to generate muscular adaptation and burn calories. A gentle, accessibility-friendly form of yoga that’s performed while seated or using a chair for balance. Suited to people of all ability levels including seniors, those with limited mobility and people recovering from injury. A vigorous, high intensity workout in our 50m pool focusing on deep water running. Great for those wanting a fitness challenge, added variety to their fitness regime or requiring rehabilitation. Duration: 45 mins. Coordination: Low.

If you love variety and a challenge, this is the class for you. This Freestyle, Functional Interval Training class will lift your fitness to the next level. You will be guided through aerobic and resistance training aimed to improve both your cardio and muscular strength and endurance.  Duration: 45 mins. Coordination: Moderate.

A beginner-friendly intro to Fitball Pilates…a floor-based exercise class that combines Pilates with a large exercise ball to improve strength and balance. The instability of the ball challenges your core to provide a steady base, which improves posture, reduces back pain and increases flexibility. Duration: 55 mins. Coordination: Low.

Functional Fit is a freestyle class specifically designed to make daily tasks easier, reduce your risk of injury and improve your quality of life. Featuring a combination of functional movements that mimic real-life situations such as squatting, reaching, lifting and twisting, Functional Fit can help improve your strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and overall movement. And while no class is ever the same, our qualified instructors ensure that each training session engages multiple muscle groups simultaneously using a variety of bodyweight exercises, fitness equipment and modified movements. A low impact, medium intensity class designed to focus on building balance, coordination, and whole-body strength. Our sprung gymnastics floor lowers the impact on the body whilst using a variety of small gymnastics apparatus to develop functional strength and balance to assist with everyday activities. Let our fun, friendly instructor lead you through movements focused on mobility, flexibility, balance and strength that will help keep you active and improve your quality of life. LesMills GRIT™ is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to rapidly improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. Scientifically designed to push you to your limits, GRIT will put your metabolism into overdrive and help smash your fitness goals! Duration: 30 minutes. Coordination: Moderate.

Perfect for beginners, Hatha Yoga is slower and more gentle than other styles, using physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to help reduce stress and promote improved flexibility, mobility and balance. Hatha features a combination of Asanas (postures that isolate the mind), Pranayama (breathing techniques), Shatkriyas (cleansing techniques), visualisation and Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) to leave you feeling rejuvinated. A clear and manageable way to learn meditation, our Mindful Meditation class delivers a structured approach to consciousness that makes it easy to understand, practice and benefit from mindfulness. Used by top research institutions like Harvard and Carnegie Mellon, the principles of Unified Mindfulness are known for producing measurable, real-world results like greater calm, focus, reduced stress and the ability to manage change and experience greater fulfillment from life. Suitable for beginners or experienced meditators alike. PLEASE DRESS WARMLY as this class is chair-based and features little to no movement. Duration: 45 mins.

A low impact, freestyle indoor cycle class designed for older adults or anyone wanting to feel more comfortable on a spin bike. With one-on-one assistance to ensure proper set-up and use from an instructor, this class offers a safe and comfortable environment for participants to ride towards their goals at their own pace. Coordination: Low

A class teaching a unique method of body control and conditioning, focusing on mind to muscle connection, activation and control. This class will stretch and strengthen the muscles, improve flexibility, core stability, balance and activate the pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles.  Duration: 45 mins. Coordination: Low.  

Teaching you the key fundamental principles of Pilates to give you a better understanding of this unique practice. This class will show you how to move mindfully with a deliberate focus on body awareness, control and concentration, to help you develop and deepen your practice. Duration: 45 mins.

Les Mills RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity of your ride to the rhythm of fun, powerful music. Boost your cardio fitness and take on the terrain with a motivating instructor who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Duration: 45 mins. Les Mills SPRINT™ is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout on indoor spin bikes that combines bursts of intensity with periods of rest to push your physical and mental limits. Duration: 30 mins. Coordination: Low

An energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body. Duration: 45 mins. Coordination: Moderate.   

Progress through the essential elements of strength training in controlled movements with Les Mills STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT™ – a 12-week program where each workout focuses on a different training method, providing the building blocks for the next workout so you can slowly increase strength as you go. Unlike BODYPUMP™ (which features high repetition at lower weights), STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT™ aims to increase muscle mass through progressive overload (lower reps at higher weights). With an emphasis on proper form and improved technique, this class will grow your confidence so you can train more powerfully in the studio and on the gym floor. The word ‘yoga’ means to unite, and its philosophy centers on creating a holistic balance and harmony between the body, mind, and spirit. An inclusive practice with benefits that include increased strength and flexibility, improved postural alignment and greater inner calm and clarity. Duration: 45 mins. Coordination: Low.

Yoga Basics is tailored specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in improving their technique.  This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Participants are welcome to bring a small cushion and light blanket to support postures and relaxation. Duration: 55 minutes. Coordination: Low.

For participants with experience in Yoga or Pilates,  this class is aimed to improve individual yoga practice and develop strength, flexibility and correct postural alignment. Through a variety of yoga flows, holding postures (asanas) and breath awareness, this class will also assist with relaxation of the body and mind. Participants are welcome to bring a small cushion and light blanket for support. Duration: 55 minutes. Coordination: Moderate.

For experienced yoga participants, this class combines Pranayama (yogic breathwork), Yoga Flows and Asanas (sustained postures) to increase strength, flexibility, correct postural alignment and assist with relaxation of the mind and body. Participants are welcome to bring a small cushion and light blanket for support. Duration: 55 minutes. Coordination: Moderate.

A great casual alternative for teens wanting to begin or continue their gymnastics journey without the ongoing commitment of a structured term-based program. A qualified coach provides a safe, supportive and fun program for all participants regardless of experience and skill level. Suitable for ages 12 – 17 years. Duration: 60 mins.

HIIT workouts, or High-Intensity Interval Training, can help you take your fitness to the next level. Alternating between short bursts of intense exercise and brief recovery periods, Total HIIT will help increase your cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn. Designed to be time-efficient and effective, Total HIIT incorporates a range of exercises targeting different muscle groups and fitness components that will get your heart pumping and push your body to its limits. A low impact, low intensity entry-level aqua class in our multi-purpose pool designed to introduce participants to the fundamentals of water movement. Featuring no music and an instructor in the pool with you, this class offers a gentle yet effective way to engage in confidence-building water exercises while enhancing balance, mobility and overall well-being. Duration: 45 mins. Coordination: Low
